Returns + Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are simple within the UK. If something is not quite right, we’ll help you get it sorted quickly.

Eligibility

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 28 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags attached and original packaging included.

Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to you.

Refunds: £3 fee deducted

Exchanges: Free

After 28 days

Refunds: Not accepted

Exchanges: Not accepted

Refunds requested between day 15 and 28 will have a £3 fee deducted. Exchanges remain free within the 28-day window.

If exchanging for a higher-value item, the difference will be payable.

How it works

To start a return or exchange, email hello@ghilt.com with your order details.

A prepaid UK return label will be provided by email. Returns are processed once received and approved.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days. Please allow additional time for your bank to complete the transaction.

  • Worn, washed, stained or damaged items
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@ghilt.com.

Additional information

  • If a delivery is refused or returned to us, we will refund the order minus shipping and handling costs.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us before dispatch.
  • If your order shows as delivered but has not arrived, contact hello@ghilt.com and we’ll assist you.
