Returns + Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in every GHILT purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange items easily — exclusively within the UK.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 28 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags attached and original packaging.
  • Items that don’t meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
  • Please include your packing slip to help us process your return promptly.

If you request a refund between day 15 and 28, a £3 fee will be deducted. All exchanges remain free within the 28-day window.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Worn, washed, stained or damaged items
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@ghilt.com.

How to Return or Exchange

Returns and exchanges are available to customers within the UK only.

  • A prepaid UK shipping label will be provided by email.
  • Refunds are processed once the return is received and approved.
  • Please allow up to 10 working days for funds to reach your account.

Additional Information

  • If a delivery is refused or returned to us, we will refund the order minus shipping and handling costs.
  • Need to cancel an order? Contact us before it ships.
  • If your order shows as delivered but hasn’t arrived, email orders@ghilt.com and we’ll assist you.
